Joe is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to issues you may have. He is methodical and careful to address concerns. He also checks to make sure the pressure is comfortable.
I highly recommend Joe, especially if you are an athlete or older.
This was my first time ever getting a facial and I didn’t know what to expect. Casey was absolutely phenomenal and knowledgeable about the skin care routine I need and the products I should use. I should’ve taken a before picture but I’m leaving this one an hour after the procedure. She cleaned my impurities out and my face has NEVER felt this good! Casey is truly the G.O.A.T. and ME-Vienna is lucky to have her as an asset!
P.S.: the front desk ladies were incredible as well!
Good service but non stop selling for the whole time - during the facial and after. Too much! I already paid $180+ for the service I’m getting. It’s ok to make me enjoy it rather than literally constantly trying to upsell me during the service. And then all the way to checkup to buy products and then you still have to tip and they remind you that’s it’s the tip on the value not on what you actually paid. Too much!!
