Joe and Malik were excellent in every way! My gutter drain pipes to the pop up were cleaned with their high pressure water so no damage to the pipes. They were very professional and thorough and explained everything beautifully. They even put a rug on my porch to wipe their shoes plus put on shoe covers to come into the house. Their friendly smiling communication was excellent as well! Thank you so much!
As a result of recent rain events, our downspouts overflowed the buried drains that have been in place since our house was built. The drains could not be cleared, and I did not have confidence in the estimate to replace them that was provided by the first plumber that came out. Mr Rooter followed up, and upon hearing my concerns, scheduled a second, more experienced plumber. He came and diligently ran their camera in the various lines, which confirmed the extent of work that was needed
Daniel Strother arrived at my home. I told him the issue that I was having and told what the problem could be. It was the problem could be by turning off the water where I live, then a gets in the pipes and when you flush then the pipes rattle. After the water was cut back on, I then turn each faucet on and then flushed the toilet. The pipes did Not rattle.
