1 star. This has been a consistently disappointing experience. We’ve had the same technician twice now, and both times the service felt rushed and incomplete. During the most recent HVAC tune-up, he was in and out in under 30 minutes, and the unit still looks dirty and honestly like nothing was done at all. The previous visit wasn’t any better; a part that should have been addressed failed shortly after, and when we reached out to have it fixed, his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
Have had the same technician twice within a year, does the BARE minimum, talk about paid by the hour. He came out today to tune up our hvac and left within 30 minutes, the unit is still dirty and looks as if nothing was done to it. The first time we had him come out to fix our AC and within a week a part broke that should have been repaired when he came, and when we asked to have him come back out to fix it he gave us a crazy attitude. This review would have been 0 STARS, however, 1 star for being quick.
Doug is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, ignorant and should not be in business. Update:
He finally called with an appointment. I cancelled with him and requested another company. Doug was charging an additional $650.00. for part. The other company (KTS) stated that I didn't need the parts that Doug ordered. I ended up paying $0.00. Not only is he a horrible business person but he'll also try and cheat you!! Please BEWARE!
