“This was my first visit to Vision Eye Center, and I was seen by Dr. Bourdeau. I was very pleased with the eye exam itself – Dr. Bourdeau was thorough and knowledgeable, and I felt confident in her expertise. The front desk staff and technicians were also friendly and helpful.

However, my main issue with this location is the long wait time. My appointment was significantly delayed, and I was told that if I had opted to have my eyes dilated, I would have had to wait an additional 2+ hours! This would have made my total appointment time almost 5 hours, which I couldn't accept because I had other commitments.

Because of the delay, I had to reschedule the dilation portion of my exam for another day. I hope this doesn't mean I'll be charged for two separate appointments.

Overall, I would recommend Dr. Bourdeau.“

The experience was wonderful from speaking with the office manager in setting up the appointment and her patience with all my questions as well as the thorough and professional eye exam by Dr. Athelli. His is very nice. What I liked most about this office is their ability to protect personal information. Other offices these days use too many "apps" where personal information is shared, but this office is traditional and much appreciated.“

“Friendly professional admin folks greet you and check you into the system. Shortly later a tech escorts you to a room full of all the latest high tech ophthalmic diagnostic equipment. Once you finish there you are escorted to an optometrist who reviews the test results with you, provides an eye examine and fits you with new glasses or sets up further treatment as necessary. A very impressive practice and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and her staff.“

“I have a history of traumatic brain injuries and my eyes don’t track together. My regular eye Doctor gave me 2 names and I am grateful to have chosen Dr. Cantwell. He is kind and thorough in his exam and explaining everything. I needed a prism in one lens as well as some exercises. He is also excellent with children who have problems that a regular eye doctor wouldn’t pick up! We need more like him.“
