The heated beds were very nice, and the overall atmosphere was calm, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. It was very clean. One small touch that stood out to me was when I flipped from my stomach to my back, she gently covered my eyes with a small hand towel to block the light — such a thoughtful detail that made the experience even more relaxing.

Booking an appointment over the phone was an easy process and she was very helpful with making sure that we get the services that we wanted. Upon arriving, we were seated in the lounge to relax and before the massage started, our masseuses asked us for our personal needs and gave us time and space to get ourselves situated. Bri & Eileen who work at the front desk are accommodating and very friendly, more than willing to help schedule and reschedule appointments and provide patients with the information they need. The phlebotomist and masseuse I’ve had were both lovely and proficient as well.
The only suggestion I could make for Nava is for the MDs to leave notes in the patient portal with detailed instructions on how to take medications and supplements. I have never received any written notes and the MD consistently comes across as harried during zoom visits. That being said, I have found the benefits outweigh the areas for improvement, as each person I’ve come in contact with in-person makes the Nava experience as pleasant as possible!“
