“I recommend Kane Landscapes with the absolute highest rating! I met Josh Kane in 2009 when we lived in McLean and had just installed a 35K gallon freeform pool in our backyard. We hired him to landscape the backyard, build a pool house, and install a stone retaining wall and pavers around the pool. Everything turned out so beautifully that we hired him again 15 years later when we moved to Alexandria and built a new home. This time we needed two stone retaining walls, as well as landscaping for the front, back, and side yards. We consistently have neighbors asking us what kind of grass we planted, what trees and shrubs are blooming, what kind of pavers we used, etc. This is all due to Josh’s team doing their job so well.
Josh was excellent about listening to what I wanted and then finding a way to deliver exactly that. I am very detail-oriented and he did not disappoint. But if you have no idea what you want to do, he is also a fantastic resource to bounce ideas off of, or you can ask him what he thinks and you can make decisions that way. He has a great deal of knowledge about local flora and will suggest plants and trees that will thrive in our area. He has good contractors on his team and if anything goes wrong, he is quick to address it. He’s also great about answering questions post-project. “The LawnGreen Solutions team cannot be beat! My husband who is beyond picky about lawn service has pulled into our driveway week after week and raved about the newly mowed lawn. The lawn still looks freshly mowed days later despite the length being left a bit longer for a healthier lawn. This usually results in an uncut look after a few days but not with the outstanding job LawnGreen Solutions does! (Not sure how they do it!)
