“Gordon Frazier’s crew is the first one we call for handling the many trees growing on and around our home. They have removed trees from our property at least three times and from our neighbor’s property at least twice. On their most recent visit, they removed three very tall poplar trees growing from the same root system on a steep slope. This was a two-day job; they laid down mats to protect the lawn and cleaned up the area thoroughly afterward. They also dead wooded two other trees and removed limbs growing near utility wires. The crew is really well-informed about trees of all kinds, is always responsive to our requests and answers our questions fully. Their prices have always been very reasonable as well. As a plus they seem to really enjoy the challenge of their job. We would certainly hire them again.”

But when we met with the rest of the team, we were convinced the dream he shared with us was indeed possible, with just a little grading and a couple retaining walls, and the walls are so beautiful they actually add to the beauty of the outdoor space. Kevin, Pristine's chief designer is simply a creative genius. His eye for making the project beautiful is beyond compare. He helped us to make the very best selections my wife to ensure my wife and I got just what we wanted. And he stays with the project until the end! Mike also has creative ideas of how to most efficiently make the project beautiful and keep us within budget. Matt and Shawn are the general construction managers and both are on top of every detail. My wife and I have done numerous remodels and renovations over the past few decades and none of those projects was as headache free as the construction of our pool and an amazing pavilion (the pavilion perfectly matches our home thanks to Kevin). Shawn was our main point of contact throughout the process and his attention to detail is outstanding. We saw him at our house daily. He ALWAYS did everything he could to please us, no matter what we requested. He is now considered part of our family. We got constant updates from the front office via Jessie who always made sure we were up to date. The most incredible thing is that Steve Waldron, the President of the company, is never more than a phone call away. He sets a high standard for responsiveness and customer service, and it runs through every Pristine employee we met. I recommend Pristine Acres without a single reservation. They are simply the best. If I could give six stars, I would not hesitate to do so. They are that good. In sum, they are the masters of creating outdoor beauty.”

We hired him to landscape the backyard, build a pool house, and install a stone retaining wall and pavers around the pool. Everything turned out so beautifully that we hired him again 15 years later when we moved to Alexandria and built a new home. This time we needed two stone retaining walls, as well as landscaping for the front, back, and side yards.
