“I decided to renovate my kitchen and three bathrooms, so I reached out to three companies in the fall of 2023, and Potomac Kitchen and Bath was one of them. While their pricing fell in the middle of the three estimates, their attention to detail and customer service set them apart. Once the renovation began in November, Sean, PKB's project manager, proved invaluable. With multiple crews working simultaneously on different areas of our home, Sean ensured that everything progressed smoothly and according to schedule. He also coordinated appliance deliveries, with PKB handling the installation of our kitchen appliances. Throughout the renovation, PKB consistently kept us updated and provided feedback on any change orders we requested. Any minor issues we encountered were promptly addressed, and despite submitting several change orders, PKB completed them all without hesitation.

The process went exactly as he said it would, and his workers were great. Even provided a free color consultation. Terrific communication throughout the process.
