I had the best experience with your Alexandria location yesterday May 4th 2023. Alex answered our call yesterday about a new Refrigerator since ours stopped working and we needed a replacement right away! He took the time to help us online to their website and we picked the replacement within 10 min he sent me a link to make our payment and offered us 5 year warranty. He also was able to get us on the schedule for delivery tomorrow! We appreciate great customer service! So anyone is in the same situation as my spouse and I had please call Alex in the Alexandria location for great customer service! Outstanding sale from start to delivery. Ciera was fantastic to work with, she helped us select our appliances and a week later they were delivered. Delivery was quick and efficient (and friendly). We appreciate all the effort.

Cliff and his install team were just what the doctor ordered, they were very skilled and knowledgeable. They made the purchase and install of our new wall oven and cooktop a pleasant experience.We tried working with bestbuy, there is in our mind no comparison.
