However, I was not able to meet a gentleman, but there was mother at home, and he actually explained everything to her so she can understand and was very professional. He even looked through the whole house to make sure if there are any issues and told her that we do not have any current mold at the house. “We reached out to United Water Restoration Group after discovering a leak in our basement, and found that our kitchen sink above had worn and caused a large amount of damage to multiple rooms in the house, and despite the awful situation our experience working with them has been absolutely wonderful.In the beginning we explained up front that we were a little nervous about this process, as we recently experienced a death in the family causing some financial issues and had an awful experience with our last contractor abandoning the project and producing very poor quality work. The people that did the work was very polite and curious and clean up the mess they made with the work so I recommend them for anything I need to have done with carpet. They will be back for carpet on the stairs“

For those who have ever dealt with water damage and mold, you know it is an incredibly stressful situation that upends your life.
