Called for annual service and was scheduled within 4 days. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered my many questions. Looking forward to using Prillaman for years to come for my HVAC.
My experience with Prillaman's was excellent. Randall was my service man. He is very knowledgeable and very nice to talk with. He solved my issues and explained what he was doing and why. He made his explanations easy to understand.I appreciate everything he did, and and the staff I had spoken with getting this issue corrected. Thank you to all.
I had a disruption in service in the middle of this past summer and the company that I had been using for over 15 years couldn’t send anyone for a week. Several friends highly recommended Prillaman. They booked me as the first call the next day but called shortly after my original call and sent a repairman out within the next hour.
