The staff at Vistar eased my first exam, I appreciated Molly explaining the steps to the exam as well as Dr. Conner-Tsang empathy towards a new patient!
During my visit my tech, Sara was amazing. I always hate the questions better at 1 or 2 as it often seems the same. I have often become frustrated and even emotional at feeling pressured to give the “right” answer. This time Sara was so patient and caring that I felt I was not pressured, this was by far my best experience in many years of eye appointments. If I could request Sara for all my future visits, I would. Dr. Brooke Conner-Tsang was amazing as always. She addressed all my questions in a way that I felt heard and left feeling I had a better understanding and action steps to address my eye problems.
This Vistar Eye group provides excellent care. My O.D., Brooke, is a pure pleasure to be around and to provide my care. It is not possible to express how much I appreciate the staff and providers at this facility.
