Pat is super responsive, Ray visited on short notice over a weekend.Quickly diagnosed problem and explained solution, due to part shortage he can’t fix 100% today but will be back tomorrow to complete, in the interim got me up and running temporarily.Thanks for A+ service and expertise, as always. Virginia Climate was very responsive to our predicament - no heat during a cold spell. The owner responded quickly and the technician showed up when scheduled. Our technician, Paul C, was great.
