The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They do very good work and their prices are, at the very least, competitive. My first interaction with Midas was for a $20 state inspection but everything about that visit made me want to have them do the work any time my car needs it. It's nice to have a mechanic that you trust and I found that at Midas of Richmond.
My first time at this location, experience was very efficient and the people I spoke with, Alex and Matt, were both friendly and professional, which I appreciate tremendously.. I have been to a few different shops around town and this is one that I would gladly return to. all the solid amenities in shop, coffee water bathrooms tv etc. i was there for tire repair/replacement. thank you!!
Was recommended Midas by a few friends when I asked around and now I see why.
The team communicated clearly every step of the way. Was willing to work with me when I expressed that certain work was out of my budget, including being very transparent about costs. Even got my car back to me fairly quick.
I’ve already told the staff here that I’ll be back for my next repair, and as much as I’d love my car to never have another issue, when the next one does pop up I know where I’ll go.
Love the texting option for updates too; can’t always answer my phone at work so that option was very helpful.
