I've been taking my 2005 Toyota to Ironwood Automotive in Scott's Addition most of this year for oil changes, brakes, and other maintenance. Every visit was easy, no pressure, no surprises on the bill.
Recently the car started overheating and I brought it in not knowing what to expect. Turns out it traced back to some radiator work they'd done a few months prior. A fan that hadn't been reconnected properly. Before I even had to ask, Michael G. told me straight up what they found, took full responsibility, and said there'd be no charge for the diagnostic or anything else. Didn't make it weird, didn't try to bury it. Just handled it.

Did my state inspection here. The building is easy to find, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. They offer free beverages and coffee, a tv with Bob Ross painting and free wifi. The service did not take too long and I was provided with a quote and description for services recommended. Not pressuring- just informative. Will be back!
I brought my car in for a pre-trip inspection before a long highway journey. They went through brakes, tires, fluids, lights, and suspension in a very detailed way. I liked that they didn’t rush the process and actually showed me a few issues instead of just listing them. Wiper blades were worn and coolant was slightly low, so I chose to replace only those. They weren’t pushy about anything extra. The car felt ready for the trip and I had no issues on the road afterward. Staff explained each check clearly without technical confusion. Price was reasonable for full inspection service. Turnaround time was about an hour. Satisfied with readiness.
