highly recommend! the service & this place is amazing. my car is super old and had a lot of issues but they got me squared away. love the two receptionist, especially Sean. he’s great! everyone involved was so helpful, polite and understanding. vehicle was finished in a timely manner with no issues!Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Took my car in for a safety inspection after a recommendation from a neighbor who said they were super honest and convenient.They were efficient, kind and communicative. Patched a hole in my tire and replaced my back wiper. I'll definitely be back for continued maintenance.

My daughter lives in Richmond near Cutshaw Automotive . She has had two very good experiences there in the past year . She had her vehicle State Inspection done last year and had bushings replaced as well . This year when she returned for her State Inspection her bushings had failed and they replaced them at no cost ! She was ecstatic when she called to tell me this . As I do not live in Richmond , it is very comforting to know that she has such a trustworthy auto repair business near her residence . Thank-you Cutshaw Automotive !
