“I’ve been meaning to make a review for so long now but my ADHD brain reminds me and then forgets…. over and over ? I’m a helicopter dog mom and I know it. I’m overly anxious when it comes to my dog, Boomer. I had checked out different daycares online for years, only to scare myself into not following through. When we moved to Portsmouth I came across Port Rover and followed them for about 4 months before I finally called to set up his temperament test. What I saw during these 4ish months was a daycare that wasn’t JUST a daycare. They posted all of the fun/extra things they did with the dogs. Things they don’t HAVE to do. Boomer has been attending over a year now and I’m SO happy I took the leap and decided to give them a shot. He loves hearing “daycare” in the morning. He comes bounding off the couch, tail wagging and ready to go. I love Port Rover and all of the staff I’ve met along the way. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!“

“My dog and I freaking love Happy Tails. I have taken him to other boarding places and he would never get excited to go. When taking him to Happy Tails though, I can see a HUGE difference with him that tells me how much he loves it. As soon as we turn down the road to it, he is spazzing out with excitement because he knows where he is going. He gets so excited to see all the employees and when I pick him up, he always looks irritated that I got him and he doesn't want to leave. He is a very high energy dog and when I bring him home, he is out like a light for the whole night. The employees have been nothing but amazing every time I talk with them. You also can't beat their pricing as well.“

“Went here over the weekend to take our lab Zeus to bath him, the staff was so accommodating, especially after our dog got a little worked up after seeing another dog there waiting. “We had a great first experience at Le Paw Royale! My wife and I moved to Suffolk about a year ago from the Hampton/Newport News area. Our pups had been going to a groomer in Newport News since they were little, so we were nervous about trying somewhere new, but the drive was getting old.

We heard about Le Paw Royale from our vet and decided to give them a shot. They were awesome! Kim and Sarah made the whole process super easy. The place felt more like a spa—very clean, organized, and welcoming.

I especially liked the drop-off window, which gave us some flexibility instead of a set drop-off time. It made our morning way less rushed.

Most importantly, the cuts were amazing! We have a mini Aussiedoodle and a mini Goldendoodle, and they looked fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I have been soo stressed trying to find someone that could cut my puppy' nails. Previously my Vet had to heavily sedate him and that was very costly. My last estimate was $392. I called and spoke with Jordan, letting her know my boy didnt like to cooperate..She didnt seemed worried...Sat. I went in at about 9am and by 9:10 my baby boy's nails were cut and he was a happy boy!.. I cant believe how stressfree it went. I will be taking my boy there for all his grooming needs. Big Thanks to Chris & Jordan for taking away months of stress thinking my boy would never get his nails properly done❤️“
