Young man was here 4 hrs and had to put in 2 parts for my unit to work. He was very nice, but in training, use the phone to get help. The only thing that I did not like, I asked for Patrick to do the service and when this man came to my door, he told me that Patrick no long works for your company, I should have been told that when I set up the appointment, I have done may years with your company and I was very upset that no one told me that Patrick did not work there anymore. 5 stars for the techs.3 stars for office communication.Our AC conked out when it was 95 outside for several days. Patrick came out and diagnosed the problem. He had to come the next day to install a new blower motor, but there was an issue with the new motor that prevented it from working properly. Rather than calling it quits for the night (this was already past 6:30 pm), Patrick really went above and beyond to get our house cool again. I highly recommend Midlothian Mechanical. My parents bought a Ryan Home in a 55+ community a year and a half ago. The home was actually built for them. Entering the first summer (4-6 months after moving in) the AC did not work. My parents called the company that installed the unit to come out and were charged an outrageous amount, when it should have been free under warranty. Never buy anything that Ryan Homes makes!!!!!
