After another company told me I needed a new HVAC unit and left my wiring in a shambles, Jose Campos came to the house, correctly diagnosed the issue, demonstrated that the problem was not catastrophic, and saved me thousands of dollars. He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent.
Rating is a combined for HW heater install (I rate 4 stars) and the HVAC system install (I rate 5 stars), done separately. (I don't see option of 4 1/2 stars.) Midlothian Mechanical installed a new tankless gas hot water heater in July, then as a separate job replaced our HVAC system in August. Overall I am satisfied with the installation and happy with performance of both systems.
HW install had a couple issues: 1. I was not notified that there was a permitting issue that I had to resolve; I had to call City myself to find out what it was and resolve it so install could be scheduled. He found out that our blue light was not installed in the right place by some other technician from your company. Fortunately, he was able to move it and put it in the correct place which he showed us by the video that he took. Jose’ is such a breath of fresh air and very professional.
