“Reached out to Manchester grooming, due to their reviews at hand in the first place, made an appointment was greeted by Evelyn, who took very good care of my puppy Kingston. Evelyn took her time and made sure Kingston was very well taken care of in her hands for his first time at the groomers him being only 13 weeks old and me being a new dog owner. She also took the time to inform me on what and what not to do far as Keeping his coat and nails and etc clean I enjoy my time with Manchester grooming salon, and will definitely be going back for more grooming services thank you Evelyn, you rock and you are much appreciated for all of your hard work. “Miki is one of the best groomers I’ve encountered in the RVA area. My dog has aggressive tendencies and she knew exactly how to handle him. She didn’t even need to muzzle him, which is absolutely amazing! The idea of bringing our dog to the groomer was so stressful but Miki really calmed our fears.Impawsible Pups is a great place where employees are trained to deal with difficult pups and for you to bring your dog to a safe and calm place for them to stay!“

“I have been going here to the courthouse road location for years. Never had a problem here. My dogs always come back to me no problem. Anything i ask they accommodate. They let my two small dogs share a pen. They also made sure they only got food from home. My lame dog was placed in the senior dog play area only, at my request. And any meds they have, they can give them, not sure about dogs on shots like insulin though. I really like this place. Its a little dated looking from the outside and inside, but like i said, they care for my dogs and they always come back no issue.“

“We've used this Pet Paradise location twice and it's so nice to have a solid option for care when we go out of town. Our dog is a rescue, so we were nervous to board her. The PP team was communicative and reassured us. She always has a great time and it's so nice (especially for our children) to be able to check in on the pups in the play yard while we are away.“
