“My dog has been with STACY for 9 years, my opinion she's the BEST groomer ever. A year ago, I moved out of state and started taking my dog to Petsmart for grooming services, afte picking my dog up from her 1st visit, within 5 minutes she had a seizure. Took my dog back 6 weeks later for a 2nd appointment and she had a 2nd seizure after picking her up. Took her to the doctor where they did bloodwork which came back negative, the doctor suggested that seizures were brought on because she was having bad anxiety while at Petsmart. My dog is back in Richmond for a short stay with my daughter and had a grooming appointment with Stacy yesterday and to my surprise there was no issues and no seizure which she never had prior to Petsmart. I would recommend Stacy and her team to anyone that Love their 4 leg furry pet. I am on the search for a new groomer that provides the same level of exceptional services as to what I received here. I already miss the staff.“

“Evelyn did the best job ever on our cockapoo Peanut. Peanut has a lot of anxiety and she did great with him!! Attention to detail is unmatched, she took her time with him which is much appreciated. She was also able to pluck his ears which was great. We like to get Peanut cut low and look how cute he looked afterwards! Highly recommend“

“Bailey and the crew at Four Paws are the absolute best! They take amazing care of our dog, she has learned which highway exit it is and gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. We had an issue with our last reservation and she was able to still accommodate us over the busy holiday weekend. We really appreciate the effort they put in to help give our dog a comfortable “summer camp” as we like to call it.“

“My dog hates being groomed (sensitive scalp apparently!) but the groomers here take so much care to keep her comfortable it’s amazing! She always came home exhausted before bc she was so stressed but she has energy coming from after being groomed here and that tells me everything. Plus she is very clean and tidy :) we can only go here now“

“The staff here are so kind and friendly. My dog, Cosette, begins smiling and wiggling as soon as we walk in the door. It is a 'no frills' place but my dog doesn't need a pool or gym equipment. She needs a loving staff and plenty of dogs to play with. It is affordable and they will even bath her and trim her nails for me. She goes to daycare 2 days a week. Because she has so many positive interactions there, she was comfortable being boarded for a few days.“

“My girl absolutely loves it here!! She’s still a puppy and has very bad anxiety, but is always so happy to come here! When we tell her it’s time to go to daycare or boarding, she gets her harness and runs to the front door with it and waits there until it’s time to go! When we drop her off, she gets so excited she can barely even contain herself and immediately runs over to the staff to give them hugs and kisses and everyone working is always so thrilled to see her. And since she has such bad anxiety, this is always really nice to see. I always feel comfortable leaving after drop off and always feel heart warmed by how happy she is to see all the staff and how happy they are to see her too! And on top of that, they have excellent prices!! I couldn’t recommend Dog’s Day Inn enough!!“

they also all take the time to know each dog and their behaviors which is great. if i were in the financial situation to do so, i would take her here multiple times a week.

they also have great grooming services! she has been groomed from a face trim to a full body and each time has been great.

she loves being here and it gives her the time play with other dogs and keep her social. while she seems to have unlimited energy, she definitely snoozes hard after a day here (which is great for me).

they also offer live cams to check on your dogs while they are here. i haven’t used them yet, but am excited to do so soon.“

“My dog has attended daycare twice a week at Holiday Barn for about 2 years. She loves all of her counselors and gets excited to go to daycare. We also use their boarding and grooming services regularly. My dog is always wearing a cute bandana after grooming! They are more expensive than other places but the level of service and care for our dog has made it worth it. I also love the extra enrichment activities offered like birthday parties!“

“Today was my first experience with this veterinary hospital. I arrived early and was greeted kindly. The visit itself was smooth and they took great care of my fur babies. Unfortunately, they do not accept care credit as a form of payment… As a young adult with 4 animals.. that is something that is a huge need for me when choosing vet clinics (I should have asked on the phone before scheduling). This is not their fault of course but just sad that I will probably look elsewhere due to this. If you do not have the need to use CareCredit for these visits, I would highly recommend this practice. They are very reasonable priced and affordable. Every animal that came in seemed happy to be there and the staff seemed to enjoy their job and being around animals.“

“They took excellent care of our cat for a week. The cat area is very clean and quiet, away from the dogs. The area was indoor temperature controlled at a comfortable level.“

Sherry was knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and clearly passionate about what she does. Our girl smelled amazing, her coat was soft and shiny, and she looked so happy and relaxed when we picked her up.
