Very unprofessional and you will never receive a refund. Don't book, don't even step a foot in there. There's never a barber either. The door is always locked even while receiving services. Don't go to crystal, she will waste your time and just take your money. She doesn't care either!!

Paid $175+ for a service where the stylist was over an hour late, brought her kids to the appointment, and left chemicals in my hair that I had to remove myself. Completely unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, they refused to answer my calls and the door was locked when I went back. Avoid this place AT ALL COST!

I took my boys to get a hair cut and was charged $35 for one kid and things I didn't ask for the owner GEE is greedy and he's too rough with the kids. he also talks bad about the young guy he works with to the customers. He gave me a flyer that said they have special pricing for military on Mondays then argued with me about it not being Monday so he couldn't give me that price. Yesterday was Monday. Safe to say I won't be back. Don't waste your money here.
