Physical therapy in Newport News

“We have loved our time at Adler Therapy in Newport News. I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Ms. Shannon has been. She’s seen my daughter and son for the past 1.5 yrs and the difference between when we started to now is astounding. Her attention to what each of my kids loved and how she worked with each of their unique personalities always left me impressed. My kids loved going to see her each week and were sad to graduate. They wanted to continue. That’s how amazing she is! I would highly recommend Ms. Shannon.

We have also been very impressed with Ms. Devon as my daughter’s Occupational Therapist. She has such a calm presence and is so creative. She could always recenter my daughter and draw her into activities whenever she was having a withdrawn day. It was so important to us that my daughter was encouraged into activities instead of pushed into them because she shuts down in those types of situations. Ms. Devon did an amazing job meeting her where she was. I would highly recommend her.

Overall we have had a very positive experience with Adler Therapy and would highly recommend Ms. Shannon and Ms. Devon.“

“I absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I started coming a few weeks ago and in that short time, I am walking and moving better than I did when I was a teenager and I am in my mid forties You definitely get out what you put in, but they make it so much easier to put in the effort when they walk you through the process and encourage you to take care of yourself! Being a person of size, I tend to be sensitive about my weight, but they are not judgy or pushy, just kind and helpful!I have mostly worked with Tyler, but Darren has come in and assisted me a well. Allana(sp?) is such a friendly cheerful person, she is a a wonderful person to greet you first thing in the morning!Great job alll around! I appreciate you all very much!“
