I am so happy I was referred to this place. The front desk staff is always friendly, informative and accommodating. This facility is timely and always returns calls and reaches out for updates/changes. My daughter has been with 2 different speech therapist here prior, but we hit Gold when we were assigned to Jena. She is amazing! You can tell through her work ethic, her patience and kindness that she truly loves her job. My daughter always looks fwd to her sessions. As a parent who is navigating and learning about their child’s delay, Jena was always very informative, thorough, answered all questions and gave me resources to help outside of our sessions. My son has been going here for a year and Ms. Madeline has made such a difference in his speech, he went from barley being able to be understood to where family and friends are always raving about how much better he can articulate and its all thanks to her because he had been in speech for 2-3 prior and it never got better until he met her. So thank you for giving my son his voice ❤️
