Brenda was very patient and never tried to push us. I’m sure at some point, she had to have wondered if we’d ever make a purchase.
In every step of the way, we talked though plans as if I were going to buy right then and there.
Brenda offered a lot of valuable insight as she knew I am going to install myself. She could have easily tried to impress upon me that it was a bad idea and that in really should pay them to do it (I would still do myself, though). But it was refreshing that through it all, it was obvious I was the customer and she was there to provide both a service and a product.
