Friendly, professional, on time! Helped find an affordable way to get the flooring look we wanted and made it look great! Had them carpet our stairs and hall, then came back later to have them do our living room too. And was more affordable than Lowe's or Home Depot - we checked. 10/10 would go to them again.

I've had a good experience with Eastern Floor Covering both times I had my carpet replaced upstairs in my home. I contacted other floor covering businesses but ended up back with Eastern Floor Covering both times. From the initial review of the scope of work needed, to the office staff, to the installers, I've been treated with professionalism and respect from everyone I've worked with there. As a matter of fact I'm working with them again to have flooring installed downstairs in my home.
