“I practiced yoga over 15 years ago( when I was younger and had balance skills). I was searching for a yoga studio to start my “peace of mind and body” journey and found Aliya’s Yoga studio. Just being in her classes reminded me to be positive. I am strong.
Update;
It’s been over a month, since I started coming to practice with Aliya’ yoga studio. My balance and strength are gradually improving.
It’s very welcoming atmosphere, and I always feel positive energy just being on the mat❤“
