Incredible service by Clay! We had plumber come out for the mini floods that were happening in our 2nd floor laundry room. The plumber said it was an HVAC issue. Clay came out and did a thorough inspection as he wasn’t convinced it was an HVAC issue. He ultimately and correctly identified the issue as a plumbing problem as it was a clogged drain pipe. Not only was he professional, friendly, and knowledgeable but he so generously shared his knowledge with me so I could fully understand what and why it was happening as well as keeping up with the maintenance of the filters. I honestly don't know where to begin. Synergy Technical Services has exceptional customer service. It all began with a gurgle from the bathtub and toilet, sewage started backing up in our bathroom. I called Synergy and they were able to diagnose my problem and start a solution within 3 days. They had 3 men on the job for a week. My family and I were displaced for the entire time because we had no sewage to the entire house. They dug down like 3 feet to find my existing pipe spanning 30ft across my house.
