First, Mindy Housel has been wonderful to work with from the first time I talked to her all the way to the end of the project! She called and scheduled convenient times for workmen and gave the the name or names of who would be here.She always updated me on what would happen next. She walked us through the process and ended each call with if we had any additional questions, just call.

RVA Restoration was fantastic. When our irrigation system leaked into our basement, ServPro was ready to tear up walls and flooring for an expensive price and no outlook on what it would cost to repair the damage. The local folks at RVA Restoration took the time to attempt a “dry in place” approach to preserve our home. They left equipment for 9 days, checking in frequently with moisture readings. Ultimately, our basement was dry without any need to tear up walls or flooring, and they only charged a fraction of what it would take just to tear into the house to dry it. I can’t thank them enough and cannot recommend them more highly!
