Nothing but amazing experiences all around. They are very professional, friendly, and provide excellent repairs. Recently, I called for a washing machine repair and spoke with Chris. I was in a bind and needed service quickly because I was scheduled for surgery soon. He wasn’t available, which was completely understandable. They are always my first call, but know they are busy. He gathered the information and said he would try to work something out, but gave me an alternate company to try, as well. He called me back after researching my repair and said the cost would be more expensive than replacing the machine. I agreed and purchased a new one, but I was so impressed that he was honest to that degree and lost a job in favor of doing the right thing for the customer. They have a loyal customer for life.
