Dr. Townsend was absolutely amazing and I felt listened to. He talked over all options and even reviewed eye imaging in depth. The front staff were super nice and helpful when looking at frames and I didn’t feel rushed.“

“Stress free and seamless from day 1, the whole team from the ladies that check you in to the Doc who verified my script were all super professional. The drive up was longer than my procedure, from the moment I walked in it was a clean safe atmosphere. I was a little skeptical that I would be normal the next day, I re-certified with my K9 in the morning and had my follow up around noon. I can’t thank the team here enough, you have made my life safer. When I goto a hot call (police officer) I don’t have to worry about my glasses being fogged up. Within less than 24hrs I am a 20/15 in both my eyes.

“I was in a bad place after breaking my neck and becoming immobile. I live in Elliston and have no support. During transportation to Richmond hospital, my contacts were lost. My own Eye Center in Roanoke didn’t offer much help, but the staff at Dr Toler’s staff jumped in and not only provided me contact lenses, a storage case, but some lens care solution as well.
Dr Toler even delivered my lenses to my hospital room during his lunch.

“Everything went very well until the last step, where they put me in an exam room and said the doctor would be with me “shortly.” 25 minutes later, after sitting in a darkened room, he finally came in. I know he’s busy but maybe they should have had me wait in the sitting area rather than an exam room“

Dr. Isner performs the eye exam himself (not a technician) and he takes his time. You won't feel rushed, and you'll get the right results for what is needed in your eyeglasses. His exam is thorough for detecting any possible eye problems. Top notch eye care: you won't be disappointed.“

“Dr Greene was amazing. He really did take the time to answer all my questions, and I felt like he cared for my health. He was filling out a form to see if I qualified for re-treatment for lasik, and he filled out all the required information, as well as additional information... going the extra mile. He spent a full hour with me, and it was really nice chatting with him. He explains medical stuff in a way that a non-doctor can understand.Yes the place the interior and equipment was a little out dated, however his 40+ years of experience and demeanor assured me that I was in good hands.I saw another doctor at Willow Lawn a couple months earlier, and gave him bad review because although he had a nice location, nice office, and updated equipment, I didn't feel like he really cared for me as a patient.“

“Both the eye doctor and the owner were really lovely. They charged me $25 for an eyeglass measurement, which was an unnecessary charge given that I was re-ordering my existing glasses online as I explained. I didn’t care for that, but they were otherwise both really kind.“
