First time visiting this location on Cold Harbor Road. The receptionists made you feel welcome when you walked through the door. The other staff members were just as cordial. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and wanted to know if you had any questions. All were very professional. I saw Dr Lumpkin and he was very thorough and patient. He didn't rush you through the eye exam. I will be going back for my next visit.
RichmondEye Associates has provided me with an exceptional experience. I recently took my daughter for a checkup, and the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. Dr. Lumpkin, in particular, was highly knowledgeable and helpful. He demonstrated genuine care for my daughter and took the time to explain every procedure he performed, ensuring that we fully understood the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lumpkin and his staff to anyone seeking a top-notch eye care experience.
I love this place! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and patient. All while remaining highly professional with their work. Dr. Holley is the same. He’ll show you baby pictures, ask how your life is going, then proceed to giving you the best eye care available. I always recommend this office to my coworkers and church mates.
