“Mr. Frazier saved the day on our recent laundry room renovation.We initially reached out to Mr. Frazier to only construct some custom cabinetry for our small laundry room when our general contractor was unable to provide what we wanted. From the beginning, he provided exceptional customer service; explaining in detail every aspect of the project and responding to my emails and calls in a timely manner. This not only provided excellent transparency, but also ensured that the final product was exactly what we wanted.We ended up using Mr. Frazier again on this project to install our butcherblock counter top and support when our general contractor was unable to deliver an acceptable product. This time he went above and beyond, leveraging the excess from the butcherblock slab to create a matching backsplash when we experienced issues purchasing one from the vendor. He even went back and adjusted the doors for the cabinets; ensuring that they were plumb, level, and square.Mr. Frazier is a consummate professional. “My experience with them was not very good, someone told me that they are efficient and professional, a guy named Ervin took my plans to make me a quote for materials including a calculation of LVL, after several emails ( 2 weeks no response ) the guy told me that they have no response . I went to a real Lumber store and the next day they gave an answer. As a General contractor, we look for Efficiency. It's something they should work on more.“
