My experience with them was not very good, someone told me that they are efficient and professional, a guy named Ervin took my plans to make me a quote for materials including a calculation of LVL, after several emails ( 2 weeks no response ) the guy told me that they have no response . I went to a real Lumber store and the next day they gave an answer. As a General contractor, we look for Efficiency. It's something they should work on more.

I am not one to do this but felt compelled to share my experience today at Building Supply of Manassas. If you are about to kick off a home project, you should definitely stop in and talk to Steven.
They have a nice show room of products, lots of on hand materials, and an extremely knowledgeable staff. Steven walked us through the different products we were considering for our deck project answered a load of questions, walked us out to their model deck to see how the product lines performed and gave us brochures and samples to take with us. It was great and a night and day difference from the box stores.
I was trying to find parts for my windows and there salesman Robert Wentz went out of his way to listen and help me out with ideas. He didnt give me the usual song and dance of there is nothing we can do and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help. Thanks Rob
