“Recently we needed a large linen closet to match our vanity Merillat oak cabinets in our primary bathroom. We first worked with salesperson Wendy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and couldn’t find exactly what we wanted but made a few alternative suggestions and promised to contact the factory and get back to us quickly. Within a day she contacted us and was able get the factory to make exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price, with a 3 week turnaround. We were impressed. All the contacts for the purchase and delivery were handled by Autumn the office manager. Here communications by email were exceptional. Any phone conversations we had were quickly and accurately summarized in an email. She quickly responded to any questions we had regarding delivery details.
