We recently switched to V2 and everything is moving along nicely. Hai Tran has been awesome and so has the rest of the team. Having a dedicated local engineer instead of getting sent to random people around the country has been great. We've also learned quite a bit because the team has taken the time to explain things to us.

Sarah's 4 week training program works. I've worked with other trainers on additional behaviors and skills, but Sarah's program has a set progression over the four weekly sessions that taught me how to train my pup to listen. At only 4 months old, my friends are amazed at how well he comes when I call.

After multiple trees having damaged limbs from Hurricane Helene, we had Cardinal Tree Service(they are working in Western North Carolina helping after the storm) remove them as well as large limbs overhanging the house. They did a full inspection of the trees on our property, finding that one of our large oaks was comprised and needed to be taken down. The decision to take down such a beautiful old tree was difficult. They provided incredible communication and care throughout the decision and removal process. The oak was close to our house, shed, other trees, rhododendrons, and plants. They had approximately a 15'x15' area to drop the limbs. They were able to remove the tree piece by piece with incredible precision and care. If you have trees in close quarters to other plants and structures, I can't imagine a better option. I highly recommend Cardinal Tree Service LLC!

We saw Chris helping our neighbor and talked to him about our garden needs. He helped us build multiple flower beds and they look great. He was very understanding of how we wanted them set up. He did a great job and we are happy.
Nabil runs his business solo, and he's amazing! We had an issue with our AC, and he came by the next day to fix it. His rates are fair, and he's very skilled. He also helped with other problems, like diagnosing a faulty garage outlet and fixing a tub that wouldn't produce hot water. If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable maintenance person, Nabil is the one to call! Keep in mind, since he works alone, he might not always be able to respond immediately. We had to reschedule once due to his other job running long, but it was completely understandable. Overall, fantastic service--I'll definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

Kirby Kerns Contractors was a great experience and I am very pleased with the work. I called four contractors and only two showed up. Kirby Kerns was the first contractor I called, they were very responsive and come out right away for inspection. I received my quote the very next day.
Two contractors were no shows! One wanted to give me a quote based on county records and other data. Once they came out, the price increased due to onsite conditions, but was slightly higher than Kirby Kerns quote.
Kirby Kerns was prompt the day of installation and clean up was great. My new roof and gutters look great, workmanship was amazing and I would recommend Kirby Kerns Contractors for your roofing & gutter needs!

They built our new inground pool, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The timing was perfect — they finished everything much faster than I expected, and the quality of their work is excellent.

My dog, Zoey, has been Petsuites Manassas for about 2 1/2 years and never had any real issues until this year. Firstly, I find that the new staff are less attentive to the animals. The times that I have brought Zoey to petsuites and viewed her on the Webcam, the staff are either talking to each other or on their phones. Then, in the last few months, she has come home with her bottom stained with what looks like urine. I have brought it to the attention of staff and evening management and was basically waved off. The worst infraction occurred yesterday when Zoey, unfortunately, had to spend the night (I was not aware of Petsuites new weekend hours and regrettably, missed their call). Zoey was not fed for 24 hours and when my son asked why staff didn't feed her, he was told, "we didn't know what she was allergic to. " My son responded that Zoey's profile clearly stated that she was allergic to chicken. Petsuites response? "yeah, but we did not know what else she could be allergic to. " What kind of response is that?! If she was allergic to anything else, common sense would have told them that any other allergies she had would have been indicated on the profile; but instead, they let my dog go without food for 24 hours. I'm deeply disappointed with Petsuites' new management and staff. The previous staff definitely cared more about Zoey and would've never let starve. I highly doubt I'll get any feedback, seeing that I hardly receive any feedback in person when I bring up a concern.
