I own a condo in one of the older buildings in Washington DC. I had a HVAC unit for 2 years with no issues. After 2 years the cooling stopped working. My building HOA highly Recommended KW Smith and Son. They came out and installed a new unit. I voiced my concern to the technician to ensure the water discharge line for the AC was exiting thr condo (as my neighbor above me had water damage from their HVAC leaking into their unit). He confirmed that he installed it correctly.A month later my tenant noticed water damage in the unit (floors were soaked). KW Smith came out and "fixed" the problem. The best in the business. They are absolute experts, and are 100 percent trustworthy, which I really value. They don't make things up and do everything they can to keep the costs down. One time it turned out that the issue was insignificant; even though, they were there for an hour they did fixed it for no charge. It is a wonderful family establishment. I have used them for multiple properties throughout the years.

Quick to respond to problems. Excellent Spring and Fall maintenance program. Techs are professional, courteous, on time and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Always leave space area worked in clean when done with service area. Have used them for years. Very reliable.
