Even though my prescription had not changed, my six year old frames could not be refurbished or repaired, or so I was told by my eye doctor's optical department. Without insurance to cover the budget breaking cost, I went to AG Jefferson because I qualify for a discount there, they come highly recommended, and they carry the type of glasses I need. My story has a happy ending, one I didn't expect. My old frames were repairable! Linda fixed them while I waited. No charge! Amazing staff, fantastic service! From the first phone call until I walked out the door with much gratitude, I was treated well. They did not sell me a new pair at this visit, but it is a sure thing that my next glasses will come from AG Jefferson.“
