I joined OTF Leesburg 5 years ago when they opened in 2018! I loved the challenging workouts, energetic group- fitness atmosphere and camraderie felt in the studio- it was exactly what I was looking for to motivate me back into a fitness routine. Unfotunately several months into my membership I had to pause for debilitating pain I was experiencing. What I thought was an overuse injury turned out to be cancer that had spread to my bones. This was a tremendously shocking diagnosis and I assumed I would never be able to return to OTF again. Intense enough to be effective, but time limited so that fitness isn’t my entire existence. Very friendly and super engaged coaches who remember your name and call out both good and bad form in a constructive manner. I find that very encouraging. It feels like what a group class should be: just nice people just trying to get healthier. I like it.

OTF Leesburg is the BEST gym I’ve ever been to. It took me months to walk through the door but from the moment I did, I was welcomed with a smile and an energy that made me feel welcomed. The front staff are knowledgeable and friendly and all the coaches are supportive and push you in the best ways. What I love most is the community and friendships that I’ve built since starting in August 2023. I have finally found my “home”!
