You get a good workout but it doesn’t feel like one (until maybe the day after!!) because it is so much fun. Wonderful coach who will allow you to go at your own pace or comfort level and a fabulous group of participants in every age range. And the music is “the bomb”!!
Dion consistently provides a fun filled workout that leaves you motivated to come back for more. I feel stronger than ever and am grateful to have been able to count on bootcamp during these unprecedented times.
Dion gets on my ever-loving last nerve, but he is sincerely invested in helping us to become healthier in every way. Truthfully, I don't like exercising, but Dion is such a great motivator that he makes me want at least try and that means a lot. Thank you Dion!
