Dr Lily is the best! She is patient, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I’ve used her in the past for a crush injury and now I’m using her to rehab from ACL Reconstruction surgery. Office is clean, organized and sanitary. Highly recommend. Update: Just wanted to add that Dr. Lily's Red Light Therapy is changing the quality of my life. In 2017 I was diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus due to a brain injury. Short term memory problems and confusion have been my biggest challenge even following the VP shunt. Dr. Lily researched possible Red Light benefits for me and just within a month I have noticed an improvement in memory recall, and decrease in brain fog but the most important change was my first dream in over 5 years. Glide chiropractic in Herndon, Virginia is an absolute game changer and Dr. Lily is the star of the show. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my back pain has diminished significantly. The STEM room and the Theralite 360 bed are like magic working wonders on my body. I'm beyond impressed and grateful for the relief I've experience here.
