“So I'm sitting in the parking lot. It's an overcast Monday morning. Somehow these types of Monday's troubles seen to mount up, ya' know? Anyway, I'm running around trying to get fires put out for the family and one of those is getting eye glasses cleaner SPRAY. None at the BX, none at the optical shop. But TONYA (I hope I spelled that correctly), this ray of sunshine, told me how the prices doubled bc of a lable change but also how to make my own spray that cleans as well or better than what you purchase and it's what they use to clean in the back when you buy your glasses! CHANGE MY LIFE! also regular window cleaner like Windex will eat all the pretexting coating of your glasses so do not use those! You know she could have let me go on my merry way, saying they didn't have cleaner spray. No big. But TONYA took the time to educate me in a very kind way, and saved me money! It may have been a small thing but it was huge to me! So shout out for this level of customer service! I hope she gets a raise!“

I usually am seen by Dr.Pham. This time I met Dr. Pithwa. He conducted my eyes, gave me a through compare and contrast to my eye exam in the past to current. No bifocals for now but Pithwa was honest about my outcomes.

“this place is not bad but i do see a lot of complaints about fees. The lady in the front is always trying to upsell you . She always asks if you want something but don’t tell you the co pay part . Just make sure you ask Is that covered by my insurance . The retinal thing and dialating part is a fee. Contact exams normally have a co pay. just get a copy of your benefits before appt. There contacts are very expensive so i might get online next year and order . I normally get glasses on Zenni“

“This was my first visit and let me tell yall it was amazing from the front desk the lady's were very nice all smiles in fact the whole staff were amazing as for Dr.Davis was so kind and had a sense of humor I've finally found a new eye care family i highly recommend this office.“

“I was overdue for an exam and needed new glasses and went to Dr Broza after finding he was near Costco. It was efficient and professional but most importantly Dr Broza warned me about what he was seeing and asked me, in his urgent but low-key way, to see an ophthalmologist. Thank goodness - turns out I had early glaucoma in both eyes. The Oph said it was barely in the nick of time.“

“At The Grafton branch, I have worked several times or more with Ray in getting glasses and frames replaced for my mother in-law. She will be 94 in March and has severe dementia. Ray helps me to get new glasses and to repair or replace those that she breaks during her rougher spells. His staff has been awesome also. I feel very pleased when leaving here.
