Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering glasses from here. It’s been 4 weeks and nothing. I had to call the office to get any sort of communication about my order. They will leave you in the dark and tell you to call a customer service number to get updates on your order. Is that not their job? Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. A week after my glasses were supposed to be ready and still nothing. You’d have more luck winning the lotto than getting them to answer the phone.

First I have been to the langley optometry and the ft.eustis. avoid langley if you can, the optometry side and the optometry store. The employees are lazy and RUDE. They mis schedule, and when you call to see if the product you bought is available yet they are extremely rude. Tanya should not be in a mangar position.
