It took one phone call on a late Friday afternoon to set up a scheduled consult visit to assess a plumbing problem that no other plumbing company would commit to. As another reviewer stated, "Jerry answered the phone and did what he said he would do, when other companies would not." I live in Florida and made that phone call to discuss the plumbing issues that my 98 year old mother (a Northern Neck resident) could not get resolved by any other company. I had a blocked sewer line and called most of the plumbers in our area. Responses ranged from no response to can't get to you for a week. Finally tried Three Rivers, called around 10:00 AM and thy said they could be there around 1:00 PM. They fixed the problem and discovered that the real issue was the town main line. The problem was solved and fee was reasonable.
