Sadly we had to purchase a complete HVAC system (Heathsville area) January 2026. We used Crowther for a few HVAC repairs in the past without any complaints. They quoted a fair price on a nice Carrier heat pump/furnace unit and installed it quickly. They were very professional left everything clean and tidy when they were done. I suggest contacting Crowther for any repairs or new installations. Friendly and knowledgeable techs and admin/sales team. Highly recommend!
TA Paris came out the same day, fixed the problem for a reasonable fee and even took the time to educate me about our system. I highly recommend them!

After talking with Dr Kapoor and having seen Dr Bernstein I prefer to have Bernstein do the cataract surgery as he can also place xen gel Stent in at same time. That will get me off 3 drops! Please have Kapoor discuss this with Bernstein and then call me with a plan

As I live very close I thought I would give this neighborhood business the opportunity to win my long term business if needed in the future. I diagnosed the issue that my Heat Pump Solenoid failed, The unit was only a couple of years old and I had no idea who installed it since we bought the house new. I could have replaced this myself but thought I better not so as not to affect the limited 5 year warranty the system has. I let them know what I suspected the issue was. Mr. Veney was actually in the office the day I walked over to talk to them. We discussed the neighborhood and he was very nice and told office staff to set up service for me that day since I was so close. He truly cares about customer service and taking care of the neighbors and customers. Larry came out a few hours later, Said I was correct in diagnosing and replaced the part. He was friendly and professional. This company will be my first call for any future issues which I hope wont be for several years. :o)
I brought my dog in for a snake bite. It was after hours. Her face and neck were swollen within minutes of it happening. The dr was very nice and acted quickly. Very thankful that they came in to help my pup out. She is doing so much better today. I'm sure getting her treated quickly and effectively played a huge role.
