We love, Crowther, heating and air. In the last three years, they have installed two new systems for our home. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, polite, and on time. They answer all our questions and are forthcoming with information they think we may need. we had our six month warranty review today with Marcus, Lee. He was just like all the other technicians-Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. We can’t say enough about CHAC! We have never been disappointed.

I WAS SHOPPING FOR A SERVICE TO REMOVE MY 20 YEAR OLD OIL BURNER AND INSTALL PROPANE. SALES REP MIKE KANE CAME TO THE HOME AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE IN PROPANE FURNACES. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH A 96 PERCENT EFFICIENT FURNACE THAT WOULD NOT REQUIRE USING MY OLD CHIMNEY. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND MOVED AHEAD WITH THE JOB. THE 2 TECHS THAT WERE SENT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. THE JOB TOOK 2 DAYS BECAUSE OF THE REMOVAL. THE WORK WAS NEATLY DONE AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW THEY TIED THE FURNACE INTO MY OLD DUCT WORK. "YES" I WOULD DEFINATELY SUGGEST CALLING THEM BEFORE SETTLING ON THE COMPETITION. Professional,knowledgeable staff. CHAC installed our new system last year and does our maintenance. Installers worked within the constraints associated with COVID logistical challenges and provided exceptional service.We just had our first appointment for our maintenance agreement. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.I would highly recommend CHAC for your HVAC needs.Services: HVAC system maintenance
