JDO Pools & Spas Kilmarnock provides professional pool and spa services with a focus on customer care. They have a specialized piece of equipment designed to move a Hottub, moving it to a house and putting it in place in perfect condition. Their team is very efficient and pleasant, with employees like Jose being very thorough, using a camera to access lines and dye to make sure a leak was around the return jet before fixing the problem. Diane kept customers informed every step of the way with follow-up calls to make sure everything was okay. Customers bring water samples to be professionally analyzed at no charge, receiving a printout telling exactly what needs to be added to the water. JDO has all of the chemicals available for purchase, with 12.5% strength shock versus the 10% Walmart product, making up for any price difference. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, turning a green pool blue. Customer service is 10 stars, with people who are REALLY nice and truly care about what they are doing. The transition to new management under Jose and Deanna was very smooth, with outstanding quality of work and dependable service, resulting in the best pool season in many years.
I purchased a used Hottub in the spring. I didn’t know how to move it and not damage it. Contacted JDO.
They have a specialized piece of equipment that is designed to move a Hottub. They moved it to my house and put it in place in perfect condition.
They worked with me with my water treatment. Free water analysis with a printout that tells you what to do and chemicals needed to get the chemistry right and has all of the chemicals available for purchase. They talked me through the process.

I go to JDO at least once a week with a water samples to be professionally analyzed. Although we purchased our pool and spa from another installer they perform this service at no charge and provide a report telling me exactly what needs to be added to my water. On top of that, the people are REALLY nice and truly care about what they are doing. Their chemical pricing is a little higher than the products at Walmart but, I find that the Walmart products typically have less of the active ingredient. An example is shock. What JDO carries is 12.5% strength vs. the Walmart product at 10%. This can more than make up for any price difference.
JDO pool service is the best. My pool was loosing water through the return jet. I was so concerned that they would need to bust the concrete around the pool to correct the problem.
Jose was very thorough, he use a camera to access the line's, used dye to make sure that the leak was around the return jet and fixed the problem.
I am so happy and relieved that the leak is repaired. Diane kept me informed every step of the way regarding the date for someone to come out as well as a follow-up call from her and Jose to make sure everything was okay.😁
