I am a longtime member at the Cool Wave Carwash in Hampton. I have always been treated with nothing but the greatest respect there. In addition to the wonderful service that I’ve been getting there, the attendant by the name of Austin who was there a couple days ago was very patient while tending to the issue with me getting the machine to recognizing my car’s DV license plates. It was just amazing how he figured it out!! Now, I am able to just drive up and the gates just opens up very expeditiously! One the best drive through car washes . Your vehicle always turns out clean and their vaccumes always have high pressure to get your vehicle nice and clean and they give out car fresheners before you go through the wash

Decent car wash. New car and just got done with love bug season. Missed a few bugs on the front but I was able to get them at the complimentary vacuum station with cleaning supplies.
