Best car wash on the peninsula. My daughter frequently asks for a “hairy car monster adventure”. Great value between the wash experience and the vacuum area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Vacuum area has Extra towels and cleaner for those pesky areas that need some extra cleaning. Always a great experience at CoolWave.
I’ve had my car washed here multiple times and each experience was amazing. Hannah, Eva, and Kaylie are to blame for that. Each of them greeted me with a smile and impeccable customer service. I couldn’t imagine having any other car wash employees helping me out.
I was greeted by a young lady named Hannah, she was very polite and helpful. She explained all my options and also asked if I wanted to join the membership, but I did turn it down. Overall great experience ?
