The staff was wonderful and really cleaned out my car. I'm a soccer mom and they picked up every blade of grass on my carpets and had my car smellimg great. Thank you!
Normally I have gotten great service at this auto bell. Not today! Paid for the Super Poly wash (most expensive option), and after running through the was I was directed where to park my vehicle. I open the rear hatch and went to the the waiting area. My car sat for nearly 15 minutes untouched. Other cars came and went and my vehicle was ignored. Finally brought it to the attention of the manager and two guys started working on it. They never did the hand dry that was part of the service, and I had to remind them to vacuum out the back of the vehicle. The manager was not helpful or apologetic at at that I did not get the service I paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was denied. I was give a coupon for a future wash, but not the Super Poly wash that I originally paid for. You missed the mark today guys! Updated 11 Nov. since I posted this review management reached out to me and made things right. Good management and follow up!
