CJ patiently answered our questions, gave us incredible advice, he actively listened to my husband describing what style of glasses and when he wears them. “I was struggling with a constant headache for a week and a half. I went to my regular optometrist but she wouldn’t preform my eye exam without having my eye sorted first so she recommended I see an ophthalmologist. After calling around to many different offices within my insurance network I kept running into the same problem. All of them were in specialized eye health and not general eye care so I couldn’t get an appointment unless I had an eye disease. Long story short I Google this practice and they were able to get me an emergency eye appointment with Dr. Vu the same day. She is an optometrist with a very kind/excellent bedside manner. She was very informative and gentle when it came to the examination and explaining exactly what was wrong with my eye. She helped me calm my nerves and was very understanding and welcoming throughout my appointment. I’m honestly tempted to ditch my original optometrist that is five minutes away from me and go with this practice that is 30 minutes away because of her kindness.“
