I am leaving my original review from three years ago down below, because it is still all still true, but I wanted to take a moment to update it. I have been going to Solamaz now for three years and I remain so pleased . She is so meticulous - she is a real artisan when it comes to eyelashes. And, here's the best part - this whole time I've been worried that all of this glue and weight of the lashes would ruin my real lashes. But, not at all -- my real lashes are in perfect shape even after three years of adding false lashes. I attribute that to Solmaz, her skill, and the high quality products she uses. She has very high standards and it's to the benefit of her clients. During these last three years she also has seen three of my daughters for eye lash curl and eyebrows. She is loved by them too, and teenage girls are tough customers when it comes to their appearance! I can't recommend Solmaz enough - she truly is best kept secret in Northern Virignia!
This place is the best kept secret in Northern Virginia. Her attention to detail is incredible and her customer service is spot on. Her extensions are so natural looking (which was what I wanted although I know you can go more dramatic if you wish). She is also very nice and it's a pleasure to be there. She'll chat if you want, or she'll let you rest as she works if that's what you'd prefer. She's also great with brows and has done mine and three of my daughters. I totally trust her and I HIGHLY recommend her.

I cannot say enough good things about Pristine Acres. Steve and his team just finished our project and we could not be happier. They did an incredible job. Pristine makes every part of the process as easy as possible. Our back yard presented quite a challenge for them as it is almost straight hill going up. We first met with Steve who had a vision for the backyard that seemed almost impossible. But when we met with the rest of the team, we were convinced the dream he shared with us was indeed possible, with just a little grading and a couple retaining walls, and the walls are so beautiful they actually add to the beauty of the outdoor space. Kevin, Pristine's chief designer is simply a creative genius. His eye for making the project beautiful is beyond compare. He helped us to make the very best selections my wife to ensure my wife and I got just what we wanted. And he stays with the project until the end! Mike also has creative ideas of how to most efficiently make the project beautiful and keep us within budget. Matt and Shawn are the general construction managers and both are on top of every detail. My wife and I have done numerous remodels and renovations over the past few decades and none of those projects was as headache free as the construction of our pool and an amazing pavilion (the pavilion perfectly matches our home thanks to Kevin). Shawn was our main point of contact throughout the process and his attention to detail is outstanding. We saw him at our house daily. He ALWAYS did everything he could to please us, no matter what we requested. He is now considered part of our family. We got constant updates from the front office via Jessie who always made sure we were up to date. The most incredible thing is that Steve Waldron, the President of the company, is never more than a phone call away. He sets a high standard for responsiveness and customer service, and it runs through every Pristine employee we met. I recommend Pristine Acres without a single reservation. They are simply the best. If I could give six stars, I would not hesitate to do so. They are that good. In sum, they are the masters of creating outdoor beauty.

This is one of those American businesses you think doesn’t exist anymore, but it does. Randa took time to really study my hair before she started the color processing. The outcome was sensational. I went in there with a freakish yellow color. She was able to pull my natural color. The owner, Melissa has entire families as clients, not just individuals. I’ve never seen anything like it. She knows every family member’s names, their hobbies, and even their pets names! It’s incredible. I’ve never gone to a salon that feels more like home than Harlow’s. When they say they’re an “organic salon” they’re not just slapping that label on their business. They do not use any non-organic products…ever. Great respect for this well run salon.
Vic's Tree Service was the 3rd company I had look at the work I needed done. My wife and I are so happy we waited for Vic.Vic provided all the information and suggestions we needed to make our yard look great. His crew was professional and respectful of our property, especially when using their equipment. We had multiple trees taken down and the stumps grinded. We had another tree trimmed of dying branches. Everything looks awesome!Vic's team, led by Francisco, was professional and a pleasure to deal with. We had a pool built 9 years ago and it was time for some maintenance more than just the average cleanup, salt, chemical, open and close. Some of the waterline tiles had come loose, some of the coping was not attached as well as it should be and several pieces of travertine were starting to crack on the actual pool deck. I started contacting pool companies and the ones who would actually call me back basically wanted to tear everything out and start over. We did not need all of that. I found Shaun from Allegro Pools who came out very quickly. I explained my concerns and he worked with me to do the needed repairs without doing unnecessary work. In a short time span of only a week, he and his team, drained the pool, replaced all of the waterline tiles, cleaned all of the stains in the gunite, removed all of the coping and attached it securely, replaced about 30 travertine tiles in random places across the pool deck, regrouted the entire deck, filled it back up and balanced the chemicals so it was ready to go again. The communication with Allegro is unmatched in today's service industry. I got calls before during and after the project explaining how it would work, what would happen today and then followup making sure I was satisfied. It looks like it did when it was brand new. I highly recommend Allegro for any type of pool maintenance, construction and repairs.
We met with Mr Tariq and Mr Asad as we were evaluating between building or buying a house. Aftermeeting them, we were completely convinced that whilst the process might be longer and moreinvolved, that was the way to go, because we would be in good hands. It was almost 6-9 months beforewe even bought the land and right through the buying process we had their complete guidance, despitenot having signed the contract for the home building.The whole home building process with its various facets from choosing structural engineers to architectsetc was made to feel like a breeze thanks to their constant guidance and support. They truly dealt withthe entire process as though they were building a home for themselves. There were times when I wouldsay some small correction could be ignored but they made sure there were absolutely no corners cut.We built the house in probably one of the most challenging times – during the pandemic whereeverything that could be taken for granted was brought into question. On the one hand the supply chainissues, the other price escalations and availability of people not to mention us as homeownersconstantly wanting to stick to the schedule. Both Mr Tariq and Mr Asad dealt with the entire situationwith such balance and took the bulk of the load of the challenging environment on their shoulders.As we got to know their approach and work ethics better, we felt more and more comfortable to deferto their decisions with regards design etc and at the end of the process I can say without any doubt thatafter sharing our broad expectations and preferences, it was best to leave the details of the execution intheir hands. They built us a most beautiful home that we had not imagined and will always be gratefulthat we found them with our home building process.The team at ASTA besides their extreme attention to detail and professionalism is extremelyapproachable, always available and more patient than one can ever expect. The trainers are excellent professionals who go through an in-house program before working with clients to ensure coaching consistency.

The service is excellent!!!! The price is very reasonable. I’ve been late more than a few times but wasn’t turned away even though I had up to two-hour sessions. They often notify me of changes, locations, availability, etc. Also, with proper notifications on my part, if my schedule changes, they will try and accommodate that too. Very good!
Great Falls Construction built my home over 15 years ago - and they continue to help me maintain it and improve on it today. I can't think of any other "service providers" that have given my this level of commitment over such an extended period of time. The people there are terrific. A+ all the way.
Today I had another amazing microdermabrasion facial with nasrin. I have a very sensitive skin and not easy for an esthetician to perform treatments on my face. When performing the treatment, she calmly explains each step in the procedure in a way that doesn't require me to respond. I feel the changes and improvements in my skin. I have decided to receive her treatments at least once a month.I strongly recommend Nasrin to others.
We’ve been going to Lead by Example Taekwondo in Great Falls for almost two years now, and we absolutely love it! My daughter has learned so much, not just about taekwondo, but also about discipline, perseverance, and hard work. Mr. Andrew is such an amazing coach, he really cares about his students and makes every class fun and engaging. The kids especially love the dodgeball games at the end of class! All the other coaches are great too, always so supportive and encouraging. Mrs. Earlina is the sweetest, she makes everyone feel so welcome and like part of the family. It’s honestly such a wonderful place for kids to grow, learn, and have a blast. We couldn’t be happier here and highly recommend it to anyone!

My experience at Salon Vivian was the best I've had. Fariba, Ferdos, and Mahnaz were such wonderful cosmetologists. I was greeted with a warm and loving welcome, and they treated me like family. I was asked what I wanted and they made it happen. After they highlighted and colored my hair, shampooed, conditioned, performed a detangle treatment, gave me a long layered haircut, and blow dried my hair, my hair was more vibrant and lively than ever. Worked with Mike while he was still in Rockville based on recommendations from a Friend. Got audited once and panicked but learned how to do my own taxes in the process. Received a hefty return today and wished I could buy him a beer. Started doing my own taxes in 2020 inspired by his 2013 work. Will never allow anyone else to do my taxes again.

This man is a Legend, comes from a long line a Barbershop legend going back to the 1900s His father Bub started Dulles Barber Shop Off of Elden street, that's were I met him, and his crazy twin brother Darvin. Marvin has been perfecting my hair cuts since 1990 when I was a student at South Lakes High school, and it's now 2022 and he is still my go to Barber! I would write more but I don't want this to come off cheesy or scripted, but if anyone out knows or remembers Dulles Park then yoir Know Marvin and you should Post a 5 star review cause the man has earned it

I’ve never posted a service review before, but Sergio gave me the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. The experience itself was also the best. I felt relaxed and pampered as Sergio gave full attention to the tiniest details. It was like getting a professional massage, which made sense when Sergio informed me he is, you guessed it, a professional masseuse. My only regret is that I didn’t tip him enough considering it cost much less than I imagined. Next time.

We've known Dr Ludwig for 14.5 years, caring for three of our dogs. He gave a more thorough exam of our dog than my husband received at his doctor! We never felt like a 'number' or felt rushed while Dr. Ludwig spent time to answer every question we had. Very professional yet we felt he really wants pets to be happy and healthy!

GF Great Falls Nails Spa are miracle workers! I left there with brand new feet! The nail tech and owner worked together to assess my tired, painful feet and had me try this extra 20 min (see pics) herbal foot soak that was heavenly and then took the time to clean out years of ingrowns and file calluses and give me what feels like brand new feet. The herbal soak has so many other benefits too for your overall wellbeing, one of which is to help you sleep better. Last night I slept so soundly and woke completely rested! It helps with inflammation. 20 minute foot soak and I’m a brand new woman! GF nails told me they will be offering the soak independently and/or as an addition to any pedicure. I can’t wait to return just to be able take a moment for myself and soak even if I’m not scheduled for a mani/pedi! Also, the herbal tea soak will be available to take home! So when I can’t come in, I can even enjoy at home in my pjs with a cup of tea or favorite beverage of choice! ? I rarely write reviews but could not keep this special place and new foot soak a secret! If you have tired troublesome feet or even if you don’t, you need to take a break and schedule an appointment to pamper yourself for the healing and overall health of it!
